Eleonora Barbosa, known as the “Queen of Consortia” (Rainha dos Consórcios), is an entrepreneur, CEO of Rainha dos Consórcios Corretora, and a specialist in wealth planning through consortium plans.
With 24 years of experience, she has become one of Brazil’s most recognised and award-winning professionals in the sector. In 2023, she was given the title “Queen of Consortia” by Roberto Santos, CEO of Porto Seguro Group.
She specialises in Porto consortium plans for property and vehicles, serving clients throughout Brazil as well as Brazilians living abroad.
Location:
Rainha dos Consórcios Corretora de Seguros e Consórcios Ltda
Brazil
Her approach is built around comprehensive, personalised guidance: analysing consortium groups, defining the most suitable strategy for obtaining the letter of credit, and providing support before, during and after the purchase. Beyond advising her clients, Eleonora applies the same principles to her own life, building wealth through properties acquired with consortium plans.
Born in the countryside of Bahia, taught to read and write by her mother, and an entrepreneur by nature, she transformed challenges into strength and purpose. Today, she uses her experience to show that major achievements are not simply a matter of luck — they are the result of planning, strategy and the courage to take the first step.
