Registration: To use certain features (mainly saving coupons to a wishlist), you need to create a free user account. Registration is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

Truthful Information: The user undertakes to provide truthful and complete information as requested during registration.<\/p>\n

Confidentiality of Login Data: Login data (especially the password) must be treated as strictly confidential and protected against access by third parties. The user is responsible for all activities carried out through their user account.<\/p>\n

Wishlist: Saving coupons to your wishlist is for your personal viewing only. This does not guarantee the subsequent availability, redemption, or price of the respective offer.<\/p>\n

Deletion: Users may request the deletion of their accounts at any time without giving reasons. The platform operator also reserves the right to block or delete accounts at any time in the event of a breach of these T&C.<\/p>\n

3. Platform Services (Purely Informational Platform)<\/strong><\/p>\n

We simply provide information about coupons, discounts, vouchers, and offers from third-party companies (hereinafter referred to as “partner companies”) free of charge on our platform. The platform does not sell its own products or services and does not issue its own vouchers. The purchase contract for goods or services is concluded exclusively between the user and the respective partner company. The terms and conditions and privacy policy of the respective partner company apply.<\/p>\n

4. Full Disclaimer for Coupons and Offers<\/strong><\/p>\n

No Warranty: We assume no warranty or liability for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, validity, or availability of the coupons displayed on the platform \u2013 this expressly applies also to offers saved in the user’s wishlist.<\/p>\n

The respective partner companies are solely responsible for the validity of the coupons, as well as the quality, safety, legality, or absence of defects of the partner companies’ products\/services.<\/p>\n

If a partner company refuses to accept, modifies, or prematurely terminates a coupon, any claims by the user against the platform operator are excluded.<\/p>\n

Damages: The liability of the platform operator for slight negligence, indirect damages, technical system failures, loss of data (e.g., deleted wishlists), or loss of profit is \u2013 to the extent permitted by law under Article 100, Paragraph 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations \u2013 fully excluded.<\/p>\n

5. Use and Availability of the Platform<\/strong><\/p>\n

The platform is generally free of charge for consumers. We strive to ensure that the platform operates smoothly, but we do not guarantee constant, uninterrupted availability or error-free technical operation of the website\/application.<\/p>\n

6. Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n

The collection and processing of personal data (e.g., during registration and when maintaining a wishlist) are carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Please refer to our privacy policy for further details.<\/p>\n

7. Amendments to the T&C<\/strong><\/p>\n

The platform operator reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. The amended version will be published on the platform. Registered users will be bound by the new version unless they object in writing or by email within 14 days of publication.<\/p>\n

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n

These T&C, as well as all legal relationships between the platform operator and users, are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
