The restaurant is led by Luan Davi, a professional singer of Brazilian and Italian heritage who comes from a traditional family of steakhouses in the countryside of São Paulo. Throughout his tours across Brazil and abroad, he has traveled to countries such as China, the United States, and Italy, gaining valuable insights into different cultures and cuisines that now shape the restaurant’s identity.
Together with his wife, Simone Corsso Buzato, who oversees the kitchen, and their son, Luan Cesar Buzato, who manages the administrative operations, the family has created a warm and welcoming space dedicated to sharing the very best of Brazilian cuisine.
